new title image!

you may notice the new picture at the top of the page. This amazing piece of artwork is by Rodrigo Ruiz, and the image can be found on the blog 'latexmaschine' (http://www.latexmaschine.blogspot.com/ do check it out if you have time!) and he was gratious enough to let me use the picture for blog!
